This was a return to Henley-on-Thames for us, filming David, the brother of Nicola who we’d filmed earlier in the year, and Emma. They got married in the beautiful church in Shiplake; St Peter and St Paul. The vicar there was brilliant, very relaxed, very funny and fitted in perfectly with the couple and their family. Emma got ready at her parents home in Harpsden, surrounded by family and friends, getting dressed in her childhood bedroom. She looked stunning and has to be one of the sweetest people I’ve met…David, you’re a lucky man!

The reception took place in a marquee in the grounds of Greenlands, Henley, right beside the river. This was an October wedding but the weather was like something from August…actually it was better than that as it wasn’t raining!

Emma and David have known each other for years, and it really was the most perfect coming together of two wonderful familes. I wish you all the luck and love in the world :)
